Ed Blanco
California Agricultural Labor Relations Board
Mr. Blanco graduated from the UC Davis King Hall School of Law in 1980. He has worked for the ALRB continuously since 1980. He spent most of those years working for the General Counsel’s Office starting as a regional attorney in Salinas then Oxnard and subsequently has held numerous positions in the Sacramento headquarters of the General Counsel including Compliance Officer, Chief of Litigation and Deputy General Counsel. Currently, he is working directly for the Board with a primary focus on education and outreach to the Cannabis cultivator community.
