Introducing the INCBA's groundbreaking, two-day event that will add to your understanding of the issues surrounding cannabis IP protection and give you a chance to share your perspective.

The Introductions will be followed by the In-House Counsel Round-Up where In-house counsel discuss a multitude of intellectual property issues, including how to develop, grow, and manage an IP portfolio and issues surrounding litigation and other disputes. Counsel will talk candidly and casually about the state of affairs, dealing with the market ups and downs, how it feels to work in a sometimes hostile environment, and what their biggest challenges are. Counsel will also address whether being brand driven is an asset or a curse in challenging markets, and what it’s like managing budgets and being responsible for brand growth and protection at the same time.
