Puerto Rico Legal Marijuana LLC

CEO

After practicing as a criminal lawyer for 7 years, I found an opportunity in the emerging medicinal cannabis industry in Puerto Rico, to which I have dedicated the last three years of my professional career.

I am a lecturer and advisor to the industry. Through this I’ve had the opportunity to train a large part of the members of the working class that makes up the medicinal cannabis industry in Puerto Rico.

Also, I have advised and obtained over 30 licenses of establishments for clients who have decided to enter fully into this new medicinal industry that takes place on the Island.

I’ve had the opportunity to travel to places like Holland, Colorado, California, Alaska, Washington and New York, where I’ve been able to compare different models of the industry. I constantly travel to train, and I already have over 15 certifications and more than 50 hours of continuing medical cannabis education.

Currently, I am the only lawyer in Puerto Rico with the certification of "Interpening" (level 1 and 2), better known as Cannabis Sommelier.
